The 4th Eastern Asia Dermatology Congress (4th EADC) will be held at the Tokyo Bay Maihama Hotel Club & Resort in Urayasu City, Chiba Prefecture from Wednesday, November 16 through Friday, November 18, 2016.
The EADC is the result of developed restructuring of the China-Japan Joint Meeting of Dermatology, which has been held every other year since 1988, and the Korea-Japan Joint Meeting of Dermatology, which has been held every other year since 1979, and is a meeting of primarily the three largest dermatology Association's in East Asia (Japanese Dermatological Association, Chinese Society of Dermatology, Korean Dermatological Association).
With the first (2010), second (2012) and third (2014) congresses held in Hakata, Beijing, and Jeju Island, respectively, this fourth congress is an important meeting that marks the start of the second round of meetings.
The EADC will be a meeting of primarily the three aforementioned associations and their members, but past EADC have also welcomed participants from India, Southeast Asia, France, the United States, and Taiwan. More than 800 representatives from all over the world will be participating in this fourth congress. In addition to providing participants with an opportunity to announce important fundamental and clinical research results, this congress will also offer educational programs, such as symposiums, lectures, and seminars, as well as CPC.
It is a great honor for the entire faculty in the Department of Dermatology and Allergology in the School of Medicine at Juntendo University and the members of fellow organizations to be able to hold this conference. All of us here are giving 100% to ensure that this congress will contribute to the development of dermatology in Asia and to the forming of friendly relationships between participants.
The Tokyo Bay Maihama Hotel & Resort is the official hotel of the Tokyo Disney Resort®, so we hope that you will find time to have a little fun during the breaks.
We look forward to having as many people as possible participate in this year's congress!
Sincerely,
