Pre-Registration:Payment must be made in Japanese yen by credit card only.

Cancellation Fee
On or before October 18, 2016: 10,000JPY
On or after October 19, 2016: 100% of the registration fee/No refund

Refund requests must be received by E-mail (eadc2016@coac.co.jp)
by October 18, 2016, 2016.

　　VISA Application

Visa applications are now subject to a greater degree of review than in the past, so it is important to apply for a visa well in advance of your travel departure date.
Please understand that EADC has no influence or role in the visa process.
We recommend visiting http://www.mofa.go.jp/j_info/visit/visa/ for information on the visa application process, including the nearest Japanese Embassy or Consulate, estimated wait times, applications, and processing fees.

Congress secretariat will be happy to issue the Invitation letter (all necessary documents) for your visa application. For issuing these documents, you are required to make a pre-registration first. It will be issued after the payment for pre-registration was completed.
